When you take home your new puppy you will be taking home a very important new family member. To make sure that there are no surprises down the road and to help avoid long-term heartache, every effort has been made to help you and your puppy enjoy a happy and healthy life together. Included are: proper nutrition, parasite control and overall health, vaccinations, genetic testing and veterinary care and huge amounts of hugs and kisses.

We breed only one litter per year. All our dogs are huge parts of our family - they have their own spots on the couch and are usually with us wherever we go (unless it's too hot for them to be in the car). Needless to say, puppies will be very well loved and socialized!

This litter of puppies is expected to be large mini to small standard (from about 14 to 20 inches tall and 20 to 40 lbs. Take a look at the PAST LITTERS page to see last year's full siblings.

Terms:
Puppy is warranted only for the purpose of being a companion animal. While it may be capable of performing other functions, no warranty is given as to its fitness for any special purpose.

Seller guarantees that the puppy is healthy and free of known contagious diseases. Puppy is up to date on vaccinations and dewormings required for its age at the time of purchase.

The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within two (2) days of receipt of they puppy, excluding weekends. If the puppy is determined to be in poor health, as evidenced by a veterinarian’s written statement, the buyer can elect to keep the puppy, assuming all costs for its care or may return the puppy for a full refund upon the sellers receipt of the veterinarian’s statement regarding the puppy’s health. Refund would be for the amount of the purchase price of the puppy only and does not include shipping or any veterinarian bills. This provision will expire 48 hours after buyer has taken possession of the puppy, excluding weekends.

Seller guarantees that PUPPY is without congenital defects at this time. If, within a 1 year time frame, a veterinarian of BUYER’S choice finds the puppy to have a life threatening congenital defect, SELLER will replace stated puppy with a puppy of equal value (if one is available) or refund the full purchase price of the puppy when a veterinarian’s statement of rejection is presented to seller. Under no circumstances will SELLER be responsible for any veterinarian bill or expense incurred after the puppy leaves the premises. BUYER accepts said puppy in his/her present condition, relieving the SELLER of all liabilities concerning his/her soundness, health or training. puppies are not returnable for any reason other than genetic defect. Upon execution of this agreement, BUYER agrees to assume any liability incurred by or associated with said puppy. BUYER shall not, at any time, permit any abuse or misuse of said puppy. BUYER also agrees that risk of loss or injury to said puppy shall pass to BUYER upon execution hereof.

Breeding of this puppy shall indicate that the buyer believes, to the best of their ability, that said puppy is free from genetic defects covered by this guarantee and said guarantee will be null and void.

Seller strongly encourages buyer to attend puppy obedience classes with puppy to help provide proper socialization. Seller strongly urges buyer to spay/neuter the puppy at 6 months of age.

Seller offers no guarantee as to the size of said puppy.

The SELLER makes no other warranties, express or implied, including warranty of fitness or use for a particular purpose, and the BUYER purchases said PUPPY “as is.”
